Yo readers, I decided to GET A BREAK from mugging!
I bet all of you are starting to mug for the EOY. Well, mugging is of course important in order to score well, I'm also mugging really hard now. But mugging continuously for endless hours is gonna get you nowhere cose nothing will get into your brain. Maybe you should try to Get A Break from studying. A short break would'nt affect your revise right? Instead, It will get you to focus even better. Try the next few options:
1)Put on your ear piece, lie on your bed. Enjoy the music and relax for about 10-15 min. Definitely put your mind at ease( But don't be dumb to listen to music that make you more stress)
2)Put on your sneakers and jog around your neighbourhood. Feel the wind on your skin! A experience like no other!
3) Get NAKED!( JOKE) I mean get a bath with hot water and relax. Do not think of your homework or exams OR ANYTHING that is arousing...
4) Dream! Close your eyes, imagine that you are in a grassland with white skies. You walk to a door and open it(The rest you go imagine yourself, don't wanna restrict your creativity)
5) Write a diary to pour all your stress and sorrow into it.
Actually everybody have their own ways of dealing with stress and mine are only a few ways. Don't feel afraid to post your own method of relaxation at the CBox.
Rmb, studying is important but it is also good to take a break! And never ever, never ever,never ever and did I mention never ever? NEVER EVER play dota or maple as a "WAY" to destress.
Firstly, losing in dota make you kinda more stressed.
Secondly, It takes a few hours...
Thirdly, It is addictive and you will not be able to concentrate later when you are studying.
Staring at the computer for long hours strains your eyes and brain.
