My new resolution

It’s about time I start carrying out my new resolution. Before the trip, I mentioned about it to you guys. My real aim of the trip, other than having fun, will be to find out more about myself, about what I want in life and how I’m going to achieve them.

I’ve came to realize that many things aren’t what I actually thought it would be. My perspective of life, change, totally.

Love ain’t sweet, it’s painful.
Friend? Take off that mask first…
Jealousy, self-centered-ness, selfishness. I’ve seen it all.
Cherish what you have, cose many else don’t have it.
Family, they are the one you can trust best.
Success? It all depends on how you are willing to work towards it.

Initially, I wanted to carry out a totally harsh plan, to train myself to have self-discipline and to work towards success. It includes cutting down time spent with friends, stopping all sorts of recreational activities and spending all my free time on studies and floorball. Then I asked myself, do I need to torture myself like that? No way!

I asked Derek," What will you do if I change totally?"

His answer? "You can't change totally. It will not be that easy to change your personality."

Below is the new and edited version of my new resolution!

1. Place equal importance to studies and floorball.

2. How I will succeed depends on how much I’m willing to work towards it.

3. Some people aren’t what they seem to be.

4. Love my family. Cherish them when they are still around, don’t wait till it’s too late.

5. Never give up! Hope is not lost.

6. Cherish everything I have! Cose many others don’t have it.

7. Cut down of junk food and fast food! Sleep at 11 latest! Drink more water! Stay healthy cose it sucks to be unwell.

8. Spend money wisely, ain’t easy to earn them. (Some people still own me $... You know who you are!!!)

9. Learn not to say everything you know, learn not to do everything without thinking twice. Some things are not meant to be said, some things are not meant to be done.

10. Love? It’s painful and short.

11. Time to develop a charming and nice personality. I will cut down on the ‘suans’. Sorry Ryan!!! I’m serious.

12. Stop gaming. It’s addictive and time consuming! Spend time wisely!

I'm going to stick to my principles and my new resolution. I'm going to achieve what I set out to achieve! I can succeed, I will succeed, I must succeed...
